We recommend you to wash our products with the gentle wash program at a maximum of 30 degrees Celsius. The spin speed should be as low as possible.

When choosing the detergent, you can use special cashmere soap or a fine wool detergent.

For drying, place the sweater on the clothes rack.

To maintain the structure of the garment, do not hang the sweater on a hanger, but put it in the closet. This will prevent the structure of the cashmere sweater from being distorted.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer,
the delivery of the goods in the home country (Germany) takes place within 3 - 5
days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after
the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment after the date of your
payment).
Please note that on Sundays and holidays no deliveries are carried out.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we send
the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have
ordered.
